Lina Omane Boaitey

Lina Omane Boaitey is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over 14 years of progressive experience in the public sector and  currently serving as Acting Director of Human Resource at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, one of Ghana’s largest tertiary health institutions. She joined Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in 2011 for her mandatory National Service. She was employed in 2013 as Human Resource Manager.  She was appointed as the Head of HR Registry in 2014, Performance Management in 2019, Employment Services and Training & Development in 2022 and 2025 respectively. She also worked in Compensation Management and HR Information Management. Her leadership style is firm yet fair anchored in accountability, clarity of roles, and continuous performance improvement.

Lina holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, complemented by continuous professional development in strategic HR, legal compliance, employee engagement, and performance systems.
